This 60,000 square foot building in the Summit East SMART Campus houses multiple tenants, and build-outs began as soon as the shell was erected. URS, one of the largest engineering & planning firms in the world, is the primary tenant of the building. It sits at the end of Apex Drive on the top of a hill, overlooking the entire Summit East development.
