Northview Building

The Northview Building is a 40,000 square foot multi-tenant Class A office building located in Summit East Technology Park in Tallahassee, Florida. This building, primarily occupied by First American Title Insurance Company, was built to LEED standards and was built to a true fast track construction schedule. Design was completed in 60 days, permitting was completed in 30 days, and construction was completed in 6 months, 26 days. The project was delivered 10 days ahead of schedule and came in under budget.
