The Stearns Weaver Miller Office Renovation is the result of the firm absorbing two neighboring tenant spaces, adding approximately 5,000 SF of new office space. Along with the expansion portion of the renovation, the firm elected to renovate nearly the entire existing office (approximately 4,500 SF). The firm is now the sole tenant on the 7th floor. Interior renovations consisted of demolition of existing space, new framing, drywall, flooring, paint/wall covering, acoustical ceiling and casework. The firm continued normal operations for the duration of the project.
