The Auto Owners Insurance project included a new building with extensive sitework on a five acre parcel that housed the regional office. A sophisticated HVAC system with raised floor access to allow for computer cabling and an exterior envelope wrapped with natural limestone and brick are just a few of the unique features of this job.
