Blinderman Residence

This project was new construction of a 2 story home taking advantage of multiple energy efficient design elements including: icynene and cellulose insulation, natural gas appliances, 17+ SEER HVAC system, Rinnai hot water system, etc. High end designer appliances, custom cabinets, and wood flooring adorn this home. Advanced stereo and surround sound systems are placed throughout, including the outdoor kitchen.
