FSU Longmire Renovations & Reconstructions

The FSU Longmire Conference Room 204 Renovation was an interior renovation and AHU change out. The project scope consisted of adding new mechanical equipment and interior upgrades to paint, lighting and carpet. One of the unique features of this job was the existing oak wainscoting and trim. The trim work was patched/replaced, stained and re-sealed. The FSU Longmire Stair Project consisted of emergency demo and rebuild of a 4-story stair tower in 45 days to regain emergency egress to all floors prior to class starting.
