Leon County Tax Collector Projects

Over a two year period, the Leon County Tax Collector hired Mad Dog four separate times to renovate and expand four of their customer service centers in Tallahassee and to build their new administrative headquarters. The Southside, Westside, and Eastside customer service centers were renovated while the facilities remained operational and open for business. The Northside project was a 28,000 square foot multi-phase, multi-floor build out of administrative offices and customer service center for the Leon County Tax Collector. The building was occupied on multiple floors during construction, including a Community College in operation on the floor above the one we were renovating, requiring special scheduling and coordination of the work.
