Phi Delta Theta Fraternity House
Yet another custom-built fraternity complex in the Heritage Grove Fraternity Park in Tallahassee, Florida, this facility for the Phi Delta Theta fraternity of Florida State University consists of two buildings with multiple residential units, and a stunning chapter house. Construction began in Spring 2004, the residence buildings are complete, and the chapter house finished during the 2006-07 school year.
