Renovation of seventy-five percent of the 6th floor and twenty percent of the 7th floor. Interior renovation to expand into adjacent tenant space on the 6th. New layout of 6th and 7th floors, new finishes including, GMS walls, tile floors, casework, ACT, appliances, wallpaper, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.
