University Trails

The University Trails project was a renovation of an existing pool and clubhouse at a local student housing complex. This project included all new finishes throughout the clubhouse with upgraded LED fixtures and new stained concrete flooring. A full fitness room was added with a new HVAC system for the entire facility. The pool area was modernized with cabanas, fresh marcite, tile and the pool deck area was stained with a lively color.
